How to Set Up Your Online Profile on the Entrust Client Portal

Setting up your online profile on the Entrust Client Portal is a straightforward process designed to ensure you have secure and easy access to manage your investments. 

 

We've outlined how to quickly activate your account and get started:

  • Visit Our Website: Navigate to www.theentrustgroup.com. Locate and click on the green "Login" button at the top of the page.
  • Sign Up for Access: Instead of entering your email, click on the "Set Up Online Profile" option. Select "Individual Investor" from the options presented. Choose "Get online access to my existing Entrust account" and click "Next.”
  • Verify Your Information: Enter your account number and your Social Security number. Enter your date of birth in the MM/DD/YYYY format. Once entered, click outside the field to close the calendar popup. Click "Next.”
  • Confirm Your Contact Details: The system will display your email address and phone number for confirmation. Ensure these details are correct and click "Next."
  • Enter the Verification Code: An email with a six-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you provided. 
    • Open a new tab or window to access your email, retrieve the code, and enter it on the portal. 
    • Click "Next.” You can choose to receive a text message or phone call with another six-digit code. Enter this code when prompted and click "Next."
  • Create a New Password: You will be asked to create a new password for your account. Choose a strong, secure password, enter it, and click "Submit".
  • Log In to Your Account: Now that your account is activated, return to the login page (linked here). Enter your email address, click "Login", then enter your newly created password and click "Submit".
  • Two-Step Verification (Optional): You’ll be introduced to the two-step verification feature. This additional security measure can either send you a text message or a phone call with a six-digit code for each login attempt. International clients can use a verification code app instead.
    • If you prefer not to use two-step verification, you can choose to turn it off. Click "Submit" after making your choice.

Once logged in, you’ll be greeted with your account Dashboard. Here, you can download statements, view and manage your beneficiaries, and utilize quick links for common transactions like funding, distributions, making investments, and more.

Congratulations! You've successfully activated your account on the Entrust Client Portal.
