Whether you need to change your phone number, address, or other information, it’s easy to update your account information through the Entrust Client Portal. Here’s how:
- Log In and Access Your Contact Information: After logging in to the Entrust Client Portal, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select "Your contact info."
- Update Your Information: On the Contact Info page, you can:
- Update Two-Step Verification: Turn it on or off, or switch from SMS verification to an authenticator app.
- Change Your Password: Update your password as needed.
- Edit Your Phone Number and Address: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Edit." Here, you can update your phone number and address.
- Changing Your Email Address: To update your email address, you’ll need to complete a Change of Contact Information form. After downloading the form, fill it out with your updated contact information.You have several options for submission:
- Print and Scan: Print the form and complete it. Then you can mail the form back to Entrust, or scan the completed form and email/fax it to Entrust. The fax number, mailing address, and email address are provided on the form.
- Electronic Signature: You can also electronically sign the form using approved providers such as DocuSign, HelloSign, AdobeSign, DotLoop, AuthentiSign, or SignNow.
- Important Note: Ensure the email address associated with your electronic signature profile matches the current email address on file with Entrust. You will also need to include a Certificate of Completion, a document generated by the electronic signature provider that confirms the authenticity of your signature.
What Happens Next?
Once you’ve submitted the completed form, Entrust will review and process your request. Your contact information will be updated accordingly.
